Browser screen recorder for tutorials and product demos
Record your screen. Get a video that looks edited.
RecordlyPro records in Chrome, Edge, Brave or Arc with nothing to install. It adds auto-zoom on every click, cursor effects, captions and chapters by itself, then gives you a share page with analytics and publishes to YouTube. Built for course creators, SaaS onboarding, agencies and support teams.
- Nothing to install: Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc
- Free plan: 60 minutes a month, no card
- Hosted in Frankfurt, Germany
Example rendered with RecordlyPro: the same synthetic screen recording before and after the automatic polish.
Try it on your own screen
The free recorder runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded unless you create an account.
How it works
Three steps. No timeline to learn.
Record in your browser
Choose a tab, a window or the whole screen, add camera and microphone if you want them. Clicks are tracked while you record. Every five seconds is saved locally, so a crash loses nothing.
Polish happens by itself
Auto-zoom on every click, cursor ripples, a padded background with rounded corners, captions from our own speech model and AI title and chapters from the transcript. Open the editor only if you want to.
Share or publish
Send the share link with chapters, transcript and viewer analytics, export MP4 up to 4K, or publish to YouTube. TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest and Facebook follow as each connection is approved.
Who it is for
Course creators
Lessons that zoom to the right control and come with captions and chapters, without an afternoon in an editor.
SaaS onboarding
Feature walkthroughs and help-centre videos that look consistent, with a share page that tells you who watched to the end.
Agencies
Client deliverables with a brand kit, a password-protected link and a lead form on the page.
Support teams
A two-minute answer with auto-zoom instead of a wall of text. Record, send the link, done.
What the polish actually does
Auto-zoom on every click
Record a tab and every click is captured with its exact position. Record a window or the whole screen and the server detects cursor activity and what changed on screen. Either way the render zooms in smoothly where things happen and eases back out, so viewers always see the control you are talking about.
Editor in the browser
Trim, cut, change speed, add zoom keyframes, blur a password field or highlight a button. Transcript-based editing: select the words, press delete.
Captions in 12 styles
Speech to text runs on our own server with our own speech model; no audio goes to a third-party API. Pick a caption style, burn it in or ship it as SRT and VTT. Translation into another language is on paid plans.
AI title, chapters and descriptions
The transcript becomes a title, a summary, chapters with timestamps, tags and a caption draft for each platform. Edit any of it or write your own; nothing else in the pipeline depends on it.
Shorts from the long video
Cut 20 to 60 second clips from the recording, reframed to 9:16 with animated captions, ready for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts.
A share page that reports back
Your own link with chapters, a searchable transcript, comments, a call to action and an optional lead form. You see views, completion and where people stopped watching. Analytics are first-party; there are no tracking pixels on the page.
Blog post and step guide
Turn the recording into a written tutorial with screenshots at each chapter, or a numbered click-by-click guide with highlighted screenshots. Paid plans.
3. Turn on auto-zoom
Open Settings, then click the Auto-zoom toggle. The preview updates immediately.4. Pick a caption style
Choose one of the twelve presets. Burn-in is optional.Publish to YouTube, more as approved
Connect your YouTube channel once and publish or schedule from the app, with the title, description and tags already drafted. Publishing to TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest and Facebook is built and switches on as each platform approves the connection.

Questions people ask before signing up
Is it really free?
Yes. The free plan has 60 recording minutes a month, up to 15 minutes per recording, 1 GB of storage (videos stay 3 days, download them any time) and a small watermark on rendered videos. No card, no trial clock. Paid plans start at 16.99 € a month and remove the watermark.
Do I have to install anything?
No. Recording, editing and publishing all run in the browser. There is no desktop app and no extension.
Does it work on Windows?
Yes. Windows, macOS, Linux and ChromeOS, as long as you use Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc or another Chromium browser on a desktop. Screen capture in Safari and Firefox is limited, so recording there is not supported. Watching share pages works in every browser.
Where is my data stored?
On our own server in Frankfurt, Germany. Recordings, transcripts and viewer analytics stay there. Speech to text runs on that server too; no audio is sent to a third-party API. When you delete a video or your account, the files go with it.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in the app under Billing or by email. Monthly plans end at the end of the current month, yearly plans at the end of the year. Within 14 days of your first payment you get the money back in full.
Does the auto-zoom work when I record the whole screen?
Yes. When you record a tab, every click is captured with its position. When you record a window or the whole screen, the server detects cursor activity and screen changes and zooms there. If nothing can be detected, the zoom stays at the centre.
Which parts use an AI service?
Speech recognition runs on our own server. Titles, summaries, chapters, tags and platform captions are drafted by a text model that receives the transcript only, never audio or video. You can write those texts yourself; the rest of the pipeline does not depend on them.
Can I publish to TikTok, Instagram or LinkedIn?
Publishing to YouTube is live. TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest and Facebook are built into the app and switch on as each platform approves our API connection. Until then you export the file and upload it there. Nothing is ever posted without you pressing Publish or scheduling a post.
Who answers support?
Abdul Musah, who builds RecordlyPro. There is no ticket queue in front of him.
Built by Abdul Musah
RecordlyPro is built and run by Abdul Musah, an independent developer who has spent years making tutorials and SEO content and wanted a recorder that does the polishing. When you write to support, you write to the person who built it. RecordlyPro is a young product and says so openly; in return you get answers from a real person, not a queue.
